Allen came out and performed an annual service for the Summer. He cleaned the outdoor coil, checked Freon pressures, checked all the wiring, oiled all the moving parts, on 15 year old AC system. Checked all the inside equipment. Now the customer is ready for the summer months.

Cleaned condenser coil on outdoor air conditioner unit, check Freon pressures, cleared drain lines, oiled necessary moving parts, on 5 year old central HVAC system with R-410a. Heating and cooling maintenance complete which will help lower cooling cost for this residential customer. Cooling system is now ready for spring and summer weather.
